But, there's a bit of a hold-up for my friends in the UK and Europe – they're working things out with regulators first. The Pro and Nano versions are hitting the scene right away, while the ultra-smart Ultra version is set to dazzle us in early 2024.

For Gemini to really shine and snatch some spotlight, it's gotta pull out all the stops. We're talking mega razzle-dazzle to wow users and make a mark.

Meta Unleashes Imagine: A New AI Powerhouse in the Image Generator Arena!

News Blurb: Meta's just unleashed "Imagine with Meta," a standalone tool that turns text into breathtaking images. It's like DALL-E's cousin, but with Meta's unique touch, using its Emu technology to create visuals from your words. 

For those in the U.S., it's a free-for-now treat, crafting four images per prompt. Dive into this creative pool at imagine.meta.com.

As of the latest information, "Imagine with Meta" is free to use, at least for the time being. It's available for users in the U.S., allowing them to create high-resolution images from text prompts without any cost.

After testing Imagine with Meta, I found it has some limitations, like limited image size options and a text on feature that's not quite up to par but the image quality itself is pretty impressive. 

It's not quite on the same level as DALL-E 3 in terms of versatility, but it definitely holds its own in the AI art world. If you're into exploring the frontiers of AI-generated imagery, Imagine is absolutely worth a look. 

It's a testament to how far AI has come in visual creativity, and even with its limitations, it opens up new avenues for digital expression. Don't miss out on this one – it's a glimpse into the future of AI-driven art!

X (Twitter) Unleashes Grok Assistant to Premium Users

News Blurb: Looks like Musk's AI startup xAI just set Grok loose for Premium Plus X subscribers.

Early buzz says it answers questions conversationally using real-time X posts and web data. This ChatGPT rival, emerging from Musk's AI company xAI, is touted to have a 'rebellious streak' and a unique 'wit', distinguishing it from other AI systems. 

Users describe Grok's responses as having sass and wit - getting snarky when told to "roast" someone or dropping casual words like "dude". Definitely more personality than the average chatbot!

Here's some visual marketing inspo for ya...

Effortlessly arranging objects with Midjourney can be challenging, particularly for projects needing space for text like banners and background images. A key technique is to create space on one side of the design, simplifying the process.

The most effective prompts I have found to work best follow this structure:

Describe the main object of focus, detail the background setting, and include the phrase "isolated on the [left/right] side of the image."

This format streamlines the positioning process, especially for specific design needs.

PROMPT:

A cartoon Santa with presents, hills with snow in the background, isolated on the left side of the image --ar 16:9

Arranging space in the middle of an image can be a bit trickier, yet it's certainly achievable. In this situation, it's advisable to first outline the background in the prompt, then detail the elements positioned on both sides, and finally, describe the desired styles.
